Christmas the festival of Joy and Love was celebrated at St Mary’s College Bela on 22nd December 2023,Friday . College correspondent Very Rev.Fr. Stany Pereira along with College Principal Rev.Dr. Rocky Ravi Fernandes, Vice Principal Mr. Vincent D’souza,Staff Co-ordinator Mrs. Anitha D’souza and Student Coordinators Mr. abhishek and Ms.Sahana inaugurated the event by Placing the infant Jesus in the manger and lighting the traditional lamp. In his Christmas Message Rev.Dr.Rocky Ravi Fernandes,enlighted the students with real meaning of chrstmas. V.Rev.Fr.Stany Pereira distributed the prize to the winners of star making competitions and Greeting card making competitions held on 21st December 2023. In his Presidential address Very Rev.Fr. Stany Pereira, correspondent of the college called the students to lead the life by sharing and caring each other which is the real meaning of the celebration of Christmas. The cultural programmes by students of various classes added the beauty of the celebration.The Santa’s arrival added more fun to the celebration.
Ms. Sailakshmi welcomed the gathering and Ms.Nishmitha delivered vote of thanks. Ms. Kerthi compared the event.
