To enrich the faculties with advanced techniques of educational field St Mary's College Bela organised a faculty development programme at its auditorium for all the faculties on 16th April 2024 under the leadership of college principal Rev. Dr. rocky Ravi Fernandes. Dr. Sheena Shakur, campus Director of Manjeshwaram campus of Kannur University and HOD of legal studies at Manjeshwaram and Palayad was the esteemed resource person of the day. She enlightened the faculties with NEP programme, NAAC process and enriched the teachers with various concepts of modern teaching hurdles and empowered with the ways to tackle them by conducting various activities.
