On occasion of international yoga day the NSS Unit 77 of St Mary’s College Bela observed Yoga day at its auditorium on 22nd June 2022,Thursday. College principal Rev.Dr.Rocky Fernandes address the young NSS volunteers and quoted yoga to be the most beneficial and traditional gift of Indian heritage for healthy mind and body and asked the volunteers to practice it on daily basis. Mr. Ravindra pai, former NSS programme officer, Mrs. Charishma, Co-programme officer and Mr. Thejas, NSS leader were present on this occasion. Mr. Abhishek K, NSS volunteers instructed the students with some yogic postures and nearly 20 volunteers and lectures participated in the event. MS. Shana compared the eventand Ms. Deepthi Prasad delivered vote of thanks.
