St Marys College Bela organized one day teachers trait development programme at its college auditorium o 31st may 2023, Wednesday. College Correspondent Very Rev.Fr.Stany Pereira,inaugurated the programme. College Principal Rev.Fr. Anil Avild Lobo, welcomed and introduced the speaker Dr. Vidhya Vinutha D’souza,Asst. Professor St Aloysius college ,Mangaluru to the gathering. Dr. Vidhya enlightened the teachers with various traits like patience, empathy,enthusiasm and creativity,by some real life examples and creative activities.Micro teaching activity was conducted and evaluation on it were also done in order to improve those traits . a day which was funfilled yet most resourceful one ended by the vote of thanks deliver by Mr. Vincent D’souza.Mrs. Uma compared the formal event.
